  • Reflective Line Management is a new portion of supervision, designed to include reflective space within existing line management relationships.

    It is offered most commonly to lay employees who work half-time or less.

    Training for line managers to offer reflective line management is available from the Learning Network, in part 2 of their Line management Training course. To book onto a training course, click here.

    A form is provided to record line management details such as the date and time of meetings and the general topics of conversation and progress. It also allows you to keep track of significant risks/safeguarding issues It can be found here and sight of it can be asked for by senior church leaders.
