Designed for those navigating the realities of contemporary ministry, this workshop explores what it means to truly flourish — personally and pastorally. It offers hope and renewed confidence for the road ahead, grounded in the Good News of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

● The theology of vocation and flourishing, rooted in the life, death and resurrection of Christ

● Sustaining ministry over time — the theology and science of avoiding burnout

● A trauma-informed understanding of ministry in the post-COVID context

● Organisational and cultural dynamics and how they shape health and wellbeing

● Changing patterns of leadership, and the courage required to respond faithfully

● Discerning how health, healing and vocation are woven together in your own ministry
